Each winner will receive one shikishi board (signature board), signed by both VIVINOS and QMENG. Design of shikishi will be distributed at random. Requests for custom illustrations or text cannot be accepted.

- Event details are subject to change or cancellation due to severe weather, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances involving the guests.
- The ordered items are cannot be canceled or returned after the draw results are announced.
- All signed items, entry tickets, and exchange tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold or auctioned online or otherwise.
- On the day of the event, please show your winner notification email and a valid photo ID to staff.

- Overnight queuing or early line-ups are strictly prohibited.
- For security reasons, baggage inspection or temporary storage may be required.
- Gifts and letters may not be handed directly to the guests. Please use the designated gift box on-site.
- Perishable items or those requiring refrigeration / freezing will not be accepted.
- Photography and video recording are strictly prohibited.
- Please follow all staff instructions during the event.
- Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in removal from the event.
